The Art of Covert Hypnosis

Product Review

In many ways Steven Perliari’s “The Art of Covert Hypnosis” represents a breath of fresh air in a market otherwise over saturated with unimaginative copycats.

However, there are a few flaws in this course which caused it to lose points in our rankings.

Let’s begin with the positives:

  • You’ll discover tips, tricks and step by step techniques from the ‘underground’ side of hypnosis, including tricks from magicians, mentalists, and cold readers which is a useful addition to your skills as a hypnotist

  • The information is well covered, with clear, concise step by step instruction. Not too much waffle, and it’s reasonable easy to understand.

  • You’ll be walked through examples of exactly what to say, and when to say it in real life covert hypnosis situations

There are also a few flaws. One is in the delivery. The audio portion of the course is fairly monotonous, with the present seemingly lacking any energy or enthusiasm, which makes it a little bit of a drag to listen to.

A true Ericksonian hypnotist would also accuse this program of teaching ‘scriptnosis’ – rather than giving you the fundamentals to put the pieces in place yourself.

Overall there is definitely some value in this course, and if you’re interested, it’s definitely worth a second glance.
